Telecommunications services, namely, providing wholesale,network-based Internet protocol (IP) virtual private networks (VPNs), including fiber optic connectivity and related design, equipment, and implementation, to carriers, Internet service providers (ISPs) and other service providers; providing IP VPN services that leverage a high performance, high capacity proprietary network by placing it at the center of the VPN, connecting geographically diverse sites in a flexible, scalable, and secure fully meshed network; and providing MPLS (multi-protocol label switching) and BGP (border gateway patrol) routing technologies for IP VPNs; providing connection services for computer networks through a combination of Internet protocol routing and optical internetworking; transmission of voice, information, and data over Internet protocol-based networks; providing backbone telecommunications network services for others on a wholesale basis

Consultancy services relating to the construction and management of Internet protocol hardware devices in wholesale VPNs; computer network design services; security services for Internet protocol-based networks, namely MPLS tunnels; provisioning and management in order to partition customers's secure virtual private networks; provisioning and management (namely, fault configuration, performance, accounting and security management) of data transmission within virtual private networks
