Consultancy services relating to the construction and management of Internet protocol hardware devices in wholesale VPNs; computer network design services; security services for Internet protocol-based networks, namely MPLS tunnels; provisioning and management in order to partition customers' secure virtual private networks; provisioning and management (namely, fault configuration, performance, accounting and security management of data transmission within virtual private networks
