Advocacy services, namely promoting public awareness of the need for college scholarships for students, and scholarships and funding for various public and private programs that promote public awareness of the need for greater access to higher education for students, particularly for those students who have been historically underrepresented in higher education attendance and attainment

Publication of books, reports, pamphlets, magazines, and on-line web announcements featuring the results of research activities; providing education-related services, namely seminars and training activities in the field of promoting access to higher education, scholarships, and other forms of educational activities and educational research; providing education information; conducting educational research; conducting research activities in the area of education and other related fields
