Advocacy services, namely promoting public awareness of the need for college scholarships for students, and scholarships and funding for various public and private programs that promote public awareness of the need for greater access to higher education for students, particularly for those students who have been historically underrepresented in higher education attendance and attainment

Charitable services, namely providing grants and funding to educational institutions and community-based organizations for educational activities and services in the nature of scholarships, seminars, research services in the area of education; providing grants and funding for advocacy services on behalf of educational institutions and advocacy services by others in the area of education; providing grants and funding for research activities by others in the area of education; and providing grants and funding for conducting training seminars by others in the field of education, and research on education topics
