Mechanical and/or electical systems or processes such as gasifiers and fuel cells to extract energy from carbon materials (ie biomass, coke, coal, bitumen, ashphaltenes, petroleum, oils and natural gas(methane)) in the form of hydrogen, electicity and/or syngas with no or very low emissions to the air (ie "Zero-Emission" Coal, "Zero-Emission" Carbon, etc)
