Administering voluntary health and wellness benefits programs, namely, discount dental, vision, telemedicine, chiropractic, diabetic supplies, prescription medication, hearing, long term elder care, durable medical supplies, MRI and CT scans, vitamins and nutritional supplements, and counseling service programs, namely, negotiating contracts with providers of dental, vision, telemedicine, chiropractic, diabetic supplies, prescription medication, hearing, long term elder care, durable medical supplies, MRI and CT scans, vitamins and nutritional supplements, and counseling services, to enable participant members to obtain discounts on the purchase of dental, vision, telemedicine, chiropractic, diabetic supplies, prescription medication, hearing, long term elder care, durable medical supplies, MRI and CT scans, vitamins and nutritional supplements, and counseling products and services through the use of discount membership cards provided either as part of an insurance program or as a separate benefit
