Association services, namely, promoting the interests of manufacturers of chlorine and chlorine compounds; promoting public and industry awareness of the health benefits derived from the use and development of chlorine and chlorine compounds and of the humanitarian efforts of the chlorine and chlorine compounds manufacturing industries in the field of health; consultation services directed to the chlorine and chlorine compounds manufacturing industry to aid them in participating in humanitarian efforts in the field of health; arranging the participation of chlorine and chlorine compounds manufacturers in humanitarian efforts in the field of health, namely, providing communications between potential participants and participants in humanitarian assistance efforts and those organizations which directly provide humanitarian assistance, providing partnering arrangements between potential participants and participants in humanitarian assistance efforts and those organizations which directly provide humanitarian assistance, and providing the means by which others can donate chlorine, chlorine compounds and related materials to those organizations which directly provide humanitarian assistance
