Promoting public awareness of the needs and interests of working women; Promoting public awareness of the needs faced by women military veterans and military spouses in the field of employment and reintegration into civilian communities; Providing networking opportunities for individuals seeking employment; Promoting public awareness of the needs of and challenges faced by women military veterans as they transition to civilian life; Providing women military veterans and military spouses with employment information and employment counseling information to assist as they transition from military to civilian life; Resume preparation, employment counseling; Providing employment counseling information to women veterans and military spouses on how to successfully transition into civilian jobs; Administering a volunteer program that matches women veterans and military spouses seeking employment and improved marketable skills with volunteer coaches and mentors who will assist them in developing resumes, identifying jobs that match theirs skills, education and qualifications, preparing for interviews, as well as in developing additional skills and qualifications for career advancement; Promoting public awareness among civilian employers of the skills and talents of women veterans and military spouses, and how such skills and talents can be utilized in the civilian workplace
