Printed letters,charts and tables of the letters of the alphabet, and/or common words such as yes/no/water/nurse in English and Spanish to be printed in a circle on laminated paper, to be used for nonverbal communication by patients in a hospital. The circular laminated paper will have a single moveable hand like a clock hand, that can be rotated from the center around the circle. The moveable hand will point to a single letter or word at a time. The general use of printed material for patient communication is also referred to as a communication board
