Non-reflective, photochromic polyester film that is treated with a nano ceramic coating to reduce solar heat gain, infrared, and ultra violet radiation, where visible light transmission and solar heat gain vary with sunlight intensity and constantly releases negative ions into the atmosphere, installed using a self-contained mounting adhesive for use on commercial, residential and automobile glass
