WomenQuest is a non-profit corporation with 501(c)(3) status The non-profit corporation is committed to fostering in women and girls a sense of empowerment about themselves and their abilities through activities that stretch them physically, intellectually, and emotionally WomenQuest sponsors expeditions that attain significant goals and create programs designed to inspire the next generation of women (An example of a significant goal is Polar Trek 2001, a journey to the North Pole sponsored by WomenQuest)
