Printed materials, namely, a series of standardized achievement tests to assess the English language proficiency and academic content knowledge of limited English proficient students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12 consisting of test booklets, answer sheets, technical guides, review's editions, class management guides, examiner's manuals, norms booklets and score reports; printed instructional and teaching materials, booklets, newsletters, training manuals, brochures, reports, workbooks, worksheets, technical guides in the fields of classroom instruction of English language learners and classroom assessment of limited English proficient students; printed materials, namely, booklets, worksheets, handouts, workbooks, technical guides and brochures in the field of English speaking, listening, reading and writing proficiency standards

Educational services, namely, preparing, administering, and scoring standardized tests; educational testing, namely, academic content and English language proficiency testing of pre-kindergarten through grade 12 students; developing curriculum for others in the field of English language learning; educational assessment; developing educational manuals for others in the field of English language learning; educational services, namely, developing, arranging, and conducting educational conferences and programs and providing courses of instruction in the field of English language learning; educational services, namely, offering of assessments and surveys in the field of educator training and performance for the purpose of improving teaching procedures; educational services, namely, conducting seminars, workshops, conferences, courses and professional development training programs for teachers, administrators and education personnel in the fields of classroom instruction for English language learners and classroom assessment of limited English proficient students; educational research services in the field of alignment analysis of teacher professional development activities, curricula and instruction, educational programs, English proficiency standards, and assessments with academic content and achievement standards; educational research services in the field of the identification and assessment of education practices, strategies, curriculum, programs and measurable achievement objectives for the English language acquisition and academic achievement of limited English proficient students
