Software as a service (SAAS) services featuring software that is used solely for the purpose of tracking and reporting an employee's compliance with return to office policies (i.e., solely answers the question did the individual work from the company's office or not). The SaaS services exclude the capabilities for data capture, collection, analysis, and reporting associated with statutory tax compliance, social security compliance regulations and requirements, the field of employment and tax management for personnel on international work assignment, and/or the establishment of requirements for mobile employees on domestic and international work assignment (i.e., business travel or extended business travel)
