A downloadable computer software application for use on desktops and mobile devices that allows health and life insurance policy owners to complete policy-related tasks, namely, to find and connect with nearby healthcare service providers, to access the policy owner's digital identification cards for sharing with health care providers, to review the policy owner's plan coverage, benefits, deductibles and balances, to submit, track, and manage the policy owner's claims, to access support services, to receive notifications about the policy owner's critical account information, to make payments and to manage the policy owner's payment options, and to explore the health and life insurance information and resources available via the application
