Providing non-medical in-home personal care services for assisting with daily living activities of persons with disabilities; Providing non-medical in-home personal care services for assisting with daily living activities of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities; Providing personal support services for patients and families of patients, namely, emotional counseling and emotional support; Providing personal support services for caregivers, partners, wives and husbands of the chronically ill and/or disabled, namely, companionship and emotional support; Providing case management services, namely, coordinating legal, medical, physical, social, personal care and psychological services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
