Social service, namely, providing companionship services for senior persons in their residences; Providing non-medical, in-home personal care services for supporting senior persons, namely, assistance with daily living activities such as laundry and light household cleaning; Providing in-home personal care assistance of activities of daily living to senior persons, namely, hygiene assistance, bathing, dressing, meal preparation, mobility assistance; Providing in-home support services to senior persons, namely, geriatric care management and patient advocacy services in the nature of coordinating and planning necessary medical and personal care services for senior persons
