wildlife management and land reclamation services, namely, developing a team of community organizations to work together with the owner of the site for enhancement of wildlife habitat at the site; developing a plan for wildlife enhancement of the site; visiting the site; preparing a written report identifying wildlife currently at the site, wildlife which had been at the site, and wildlife which potentially might inhabit the site; consultation regarding wildlife habitat projects, specifically, the planting of native plant species at the site, the planting of species for absorbing material from the soil, modifications to the landscape of the site, the creation of wetland on the site; consultation regarding wildlife management techniques such as thinning techniques for removing plants, trees, and vegetation, using rotational mowing techniques, erecting nesting structures, planting native plant species; and developing a system for monitoring growth of species inhabiting the site
