Providing a website featuring articles and information on warm water sport fishing and warm water fish hatcheries; organization and sponsorship of warm water sport fishing tournaments; conducting educational activities directed toward introducing youths to fishing, namely, educating youths to become ethical and responsible sportsmen, to respect and conserve fish and wildlife, to respect and preserve public lands and public access, and to abide by fish and game laws and acknowledge the rights of property owners
