The trademarking of the name Walk of Fame International gives the owner the sole right to sell general tourist and fan merchandising - such as, but not limited to - t-shirts, hats, caps, sweatshirts, awards etc. - with the wording Santa Monica Walk of Fame or the Santa Monica Walk of Fame. The trademark owner shall enjoy the opportunity of selling these good either at location or online
