Retail and wholesale store services featuring fresh and frozen meat, meat products being fresh and frozen meat products in the nature of meat and meat extracts, meat extracts, smallgoods comprising meat being fresh and frozen meat, prepared meats and meals consisting primarily of beef, live beef cattle, beef breeding stock being live cattle, animal embryos for beef cattle and frozen animal embryos for beef cattle; promotion and marketing services, namely, the promotion and marketing of beef products; providing commercial, trade business and marketing information; business management, advisory and administration services; advertising and marketing; and providing office function services; all of the forgoing services which relate to beef or cattle specifically relating to Wagyu beef and Wagyu beef cattle

Scientific research in the field of genetics; DNA testing being genetic testing for scientific research purposes; scientific research into the breeding of animals; conduct of breeding trials being scientific research in the field of animal breeding; scientific services, namely, testing in the field of animal semen; certification services in relation to livestock and meat products being testing, analysis and evaluation of the goods of others to determine conformity with certification standards; certification of goods or services provided by members of an association being testing, analysis and evaluation of the goods of others to determine conformity with certification standards; expert certification being testing, analysis, and evaluation of animal DNA to determine pedigree and conformity with certification standards; all of the forgoing services which relate to beef or cattle specifically relating to Wagyu beef and Wagyu beef cattle

Genetic testing for diseases and illness for medical purposes; agricultural and veterinary information services, namely, providing information in relation to livestock breeding and farming of beef cattle; veterinary services, namely, artificial insemination; breeding of cattle; all of the forgoing services which relate to beef or cattle specifically relating to Wagyu beef and Wagyu beef cattle
