Nursing homes; Providing drug and alcohol cessation, prevention and treatment; Medical clinics; home health care services; providing health care services in the nature of mental health counseling, addiction treatment to senior citizens; Residential, clinic and home health care and physical/mental treatment for disabled and developmentally challenged persons, namely, physical therapy and physical rehabilitation services, metal health services and counseling in the field of mental health and wellness; Substance abuse services through residential and out-patient services, from prevention to treatment to long-term support, namely, chemical dependency and substance abuse treatment services and rehabilitation for substance abuse patients
