Charitable services, namely, organizing, administering and conducting volunteer programs, namely, Florida's portfolio of national and community service programs; promoting volunteer programs and the need of volunteer service through comprehensive public awareness campaigns; and disaster response and recovery services, namely, coordinating the disaster response on a statewide basis of scores of voluntary agencies as lead agency for Emergency Support Function 15 - Volunteer and Donations, an official part of the State Emergency Response Team (SERT) and participants thereof
