An (actual) youth mentoring program of virtual technology methodology, principles, concepts, techtainment functionalities, and Internet collaboration of content media usage all focused on STEM (Science Technology Engineering Math). The difference between instruction and a mentoring program/approach is; virtual instruction is a way by which an individual teaches via online using the Internet. A mentoring program/approach is the actual program itself used to facilitate distant learning and on-site learning using a unique methodology for youth and adult character development
