Electrical apparatus, namely, a visual communications system consisting of a wearable audio and video capable headset with heads-up display and integrated digital camera and microphone that is electronically tethered, wirelessly and wired, to an electronic control device which is a fully operational computing device that is capable of wireless transmitting data to and from the headset from other devices, such as wireless and cellular, or networks, and is also capable of operation as a stand alone computing, gaming, and communications device when connected, wired or wirelessly, to other display technologies such as TVs and projectors
