Mental health services for children, namely, mental health counseling, therapy and psycho-biosocial assessment; providing information for how to secure medical services from others; providing medical and dental services; psychological services, namely, providing outpatient counseling and psycho-educational clinic services to children with emotional, behavioral and/or learning difficulties; substance abuse programs in the nature of rehabilitation of drug addicted patients; providing medical assessment for children who are victims of child abuse, neglect, abandonment, domestic violence and family dysfunction

Adoption agency services; adoption counseling, namely, counseling to adoptive parents, adoptees and birth mothers; foster care agency services, namely, evaluating, selecting and monitoring foster care parents; counseling in the field of supporting and strengthening the family unit; providing support services to children who are victims of child abuse, neglect, abandonment, domestic violence and family dysfunction, namely, emotional support and counseling; ministerial services, namely, providing religious worship services; providing information for how to secure legal and adoption services from others
