Providing personal support services to independently living developmentally and/or physically disabled student members and graduates and their families in the nature of emotional counseling, emotional support and coordination of necessary services for personal care, namely, assistance with making doctor appointments, purchasing decisions, rental agreements, job searches, decisions regarding roommates
