VISIT READY

The owner of the mark will provide home health (and hospice) agencies will complete documentation of home health eligible patients who will be "visit ready," meaning the agency which accepts the patient will be able to immediately begin provide home care to the patient rather than the agency having to complete a patient assessment, obtaining a physician's signed plan of care, etc All those services will be handled by the mark owner, hence the term "Visit ready"
