The device incorporates software and hardware including but not limited to force platform(s), inertia sensor(s), accelerometer(s), and inclinometer(s) to capture motion; Captured data is used to direct mobility and spatial orientation via vibration on the skin delivered by pulsating tactors; In addition, individually captured data and pre programmed protocols are used to direct the timing, speed, direction, time on target, and cadence of physical mobility from interpretation of the location, rate and intensity of tactor vibration
