promoting public awareness of the concerns that U.S. veterans face in employment in the U.S. by publishing and disseminating free informational materials and holding an annual high-school essay contest on that subject matter leading to such publishable information; Promoting public awareness of the contributions that U.S. veterans have made by sponsoring educational travel to Washington, D.C., to underprivileged veterans and their families; Promoting public awareness of veterans' employment inside the United States by publicizing discrimination against veterans and awarding financial resources to support their formal challenges to obstacles affecting veterans among the wider public
