Educational services, namely, conducting educational conferences, workshops, and seminars designed to improve, develop and promote a better understanding of the relationship between the United States and Ireland and to provide advice to groups that also conduct educational programs and exchanges between the U.S. and Ireland and dissemination of educational course materials therewith

Information services, namely, providing information in the field of U.S. - Ireland relations to promote an increased understanding of United States relations with Ireland and specifically providing this information to the media and the educational, cultural and business communities; providing information and advice to groups that themselves conduct educational programs and exchanges between the United States and Ireland about issues concerning the relationship between the United States and Ireland via a global communications network
