Clothing, namely, polo shirts, shorts, socks; t-shirts; shirts; trousers; jumpers in the nature of sweaters; dresses; coats; skirts; pyjamas; underwear; footwear; headwear; sportswear, namely, athletic t-shirts, athletic shorts, athletic pants, all of the foregoing clothing articles being specifically designed, marketed, and sold as clothing for equestrians for the purpose of and use during equestrian activities, and all of the foregoing further expressly excluding scrub tops, scrub pants, shoe covers, and rubber shoes.
