Advocacy services in the nature of promoting public awareness in both the public and private sectors of the need for addressing issues of concern to Tribal Nations and Native people, including but not limited to Tribal Nations' full exercise of sovereign rights and authorities, the Nation-to-Nation relationship, and trust and treaty obligations owed by the United States to Tribal Nations and Native people.

Providing support services to USET's member Tribal Nations via programmatic and community development support and provision of information, including but limited to support related to Tribal governance, the environment, and health.
