1) To raise public awareness about the existence and prevalence of "payola"(In the music industry, the illegal practice of record companies paying money for the broadcast of records on music radio is called payola, if the song is presented as being part of the normal day's broadcast); 2) To unite members of the general public who are against "payola"; 3) To organize members of the general public who are against "payola" in such a way that they can be an effective force in eliminating any and/or all current and future occurrences of "payola"; 4) To inform any and all members of the general public of specific (alleged and/or proven) payola-related incidences (The intent of informing the general public will not be with malice nor with the intent of damaging any individual's or entity's reputation or business; The information will be from what are considered to be reliable sources;); 5) To inform all individuals and/or entities in the music and/or entertainment industry of this organization's presence and intentions regarding eliminating "payola"; 6) Each of the above actions can occur via any medium (including, but not limited to, the Internet, an Internet website, email, phone, any kind of "regular mail", or in person)
