Financial management of endowment funds; charitable fundraising services and administration of charitable funds and donations for others, in support of the charitable, religious and educational services and activities of member congregations and society in general; providing advice and guidance to member congregations in matters involving mortgages and other financing for their property; providing financial assistance to member congregations in the form of providing building loans, loan guarantees, new site loans, and financial grants

Educational and training services, namely, conducting live conferences, seminars, retreats, classes, courses and workshops in the field of religious and spiritual ministry, congregational administration, missions, religion, religious music and worship, theology, and liberal religious faith and distributing material in connection therewith; developing curriculum for use in religious education; providing religious instruction via the internet; providing information in the field of religious education and religious instruction materials on the liberal religious faith espoused by member congregations and their members

Religious worship ceremonies; operating places of assembly for prayer; providing information in the field of religion and spirituality to develop and enhance personal faith, spiritual growth; ministerial services, namely, counseling services in the field of religion and spirituality; holding spiritual retreats to assist religious leaders, both clergy and lay, to develop and enhance their spiritual lives; verifying and monitoring the credentials of ministers, lay religious educators and music leadership professionals; providing a website that features information and news in the field of religion and concerning charitable causes and humanitarian efforts in the fields of peacemaking and social justice; religious/spiritual ministry services, namely, campus ministries
