Clothing, namely, [ sportswear and activewear for men, women and children, ], namely, t-shirts, jerseys, sweaters, jackets, coats, sweatshirts, sweatpants, pants, shorts, fleece bottoms, fleece pullovers, [ fleece shorts, ] fleece tops, fleece vests, caps, [ socks, ] infants' cloth bibs, [ men's and unisex performance apparel, namely, shorts, t-shirts, ] shirts, hats, [ sweatshirts, sweat pants, ] all of the foregoing goods being marketed and sold to Union College students, alumni, their families and friends, athletic team fans and season ticket holders, and sold and distributed only on the Union College campus, at Union College athletic events, in the Union College store, via the Union College store's website, or college-affiliated championship stores for the purpose of promoting Union College and its educational and athletic services
