Flavorings (preparations for food) intended for use in the vinification and aging of wine and spirits, particularly in the form of chips, sawdust, sticks, or pieces of wood; grilled natural wood chips added to wine to enhance its flavor; yeasts intended for enology; aromatic liquid extracts from wood used for organoleptic purposes in the production of wines, beers, spirits or any other alcoholic beverage (other than essential oils).
