Physical fitness training of individuals and groups - There are no specific pieces of equipment designated in training, nor are any pieces of equipment sold to participants. Training consists of employing multiple disciplines into customized program for groups and/or individuals. Program concept encourages individuals to explore and "Try" a range of athleteic activities in order to yield the results they wish to achieve, and to sustain those activities over time. Activities will be both monitored by fitness professionals, as well as executed by individuals working on their own. The results encouraged groups and indivduals to become "Tryathletes" rather than "Triathletes"
