Educating the public and developing public awareness and interest regarding the work, efforts, dedication, sacrifices of and danger encountered by law enforcement personal and other first responders; advocating for the reform of criminal laws on crimes committed by and against law enforcement personnel and on laws regarding use of excessive force by law enforcement personnel; and educating and making law enforcement personnel aware of technologies, products and services that are available to help and facilitate their duties, goals and missions, all the above in an effort to increase the trust between law enforcement personnel and other first responders and the communities that they serve
