Providing temporary use of a web-based software application for use by special taxing district staff, program service providers, and community members, for the purpose of soliciting grant applications, connecting contractors and vendors with grant projects, budget and invoicing of grant projects, contract maintenance of grant projects, compiling and reporting participant demographics, attendance and outcomes, and providing grant program metrics calculations and analysis
