TRIVEDI WINE

Intent to use descriptor "TRIVEDI WINE" in connection with future online and retail wine sales. Production of wine, affixing Owner's custom label, order fulfillment and shipment to online customers will be performed by contracted third party vendor. Owner, Mahendra Kumar Trivedi will infuse the wine with special characteristics through Trivedi Energy Transmission. First production will be Merlot wine, with other grape varietals expected to follow. Trivedi Wine will be distributed through Owner's Website (Trivedi Products.com) and through other online and retail lines of distribution. Intent to Use: The applicant has a bona fide intention to use or use through the applicant's related company or licensee the mark in commerce on or in connection with the identified goods and/or services.
