Smokable dried Hemp herbs with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis; pre-rolls being hemp cigarettes for smoking with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis; blunts or cannagars being hemp cigars for smoking with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis; moonrocks being a hemp based preparation comprising of hemp herbs, extracts, pollen and essential oils with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis, all or some of the aforementioned products sold infused with cannabinoids such as cannabidiol (CBD), delta-8 tetrahydrocannabinol (Delta 8), and hexahydrocannabinol (HHC) and other than essential oils, or for exclusive use with cannabinoids, all cannabinoids being solely derived from hemp with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.
