Charitable services relating to the health and welfare of domestic animals, namely, caring for companion animals by providing rescue, rehabilitation, neutering, spaying, shelter, physical therapy, behavior therapy, socialization, adoption and veterinary medical and surgical services, and the provision of pet food to low-income and elderly persons for their companion animals; telephone counseling, namely, offering advice regarding care, health, welfare, behavior, protection, population control, adoption, training, socialization and humane treatment of companion animals and feral cats; providing care, namely, medical care, grooming, and bathing to companion animals awaiting adoption
