TRADE DONATION PROGRAM

we have developed a commercial co-venture program with charitable 501-c-3 organizations ( Primarily but not exclusively Children's Hospitals) in which we trade equities for institutional money managers of funds that are supporters of these organizations and we will donate 10% of the daily trading proceeds from those accounts identified by those institutional funds, after reconciliation, on an ongoing monthly basis to that charitable 501-c-3 organization
