Automated tracking and reporting services, namely tracking the location of criminal offenders wearing a GPS enabled device which stores a geographical fix on a predetermined time lapse basis and uploads the same via cellular or land-line telephone to an Internet-accessible central database which determines compliance with predetermined areas of inclusion and exclusion and alerts predetermined individuals through predetermined means of any events of non-compliance, maps the criminal offender's movements on scaleable maps by time periods and otherwise reports to authorized criminal justice agencies
