Administering group purchasing program services, namely, negotiating vendor agreements with providers of dental products, dental practice management software and tools providers, office management software and tools providers, office supplies and products providers, and dental service providers on behalf of participating dentist and dental office members, with the purpose of obtaining discounted pricing on products and services for these members
