Software as a service (SAAS) featuring an emotionally intelligent digital assistant, designed using Relational Alignment Theory — a scientific framework for optimizing human–AI interaction — and developed through a method called Training by Immersion. The assistant, named TIAH (an acronym for “This Is Already Happening,” the name of the cultural technology movement), acts as a connective layer between humans and technology, increasing emotional alignment, usability, and trust. As the embodiment of that movement, TIAH is built to expand access to support, knowledge, and systems once reserved for the few.
