THEORY OF PLAY

Providing services to the homeschooled market, currently unmarketed to the age group of 4 - 8 years of age. Play-based learning is a theory that suggests that play is a crucial component of both language development and understanding the external world. It is based on the idea that cognitive development and learning of language require appropriate environmental stimuli and experiences as the child matures. Play-based learning helps children develop social skills, motivation to learn, and even language and numeracy skills. It promotes children's cognitive, social, emotional, psychological, and physical development.
