Arranging and conducting of fairs for business and advertising purposes, namely for businesses that provide community outreach services to veterans through providing information on VA benefits, legal services, homeless and at risk, educational benefits, medical screening and dental resources, job training, female veterans resources, active duty transition assistance, financial education assistance, home ownership, justice system related reintegration services, disability claims and benefits, widows and widowers benefits, all provided for military personnel, veterans and their families
