Administration of a membership network of businesses and professionals committed to supporting and empowering college students, recent graduates and emerging leaders from communities of color and rural areas; Organizing, managing and conducting events and meetings between professional mentors and mentees from communities of color and rural areas in the fields of personal and professional development, financial literacy and wellness, entrepreneurial empowerment, leadership, civic engagement, interview coaching, skill matching, and job placement; Providing business networking opportunities for college students, recent graduates and emerging leaders from communities of color and rural areas; Recruitment and placement of volunteers in the fields of community mobilization, community outreach, mentorship, advocacy, education, and fundraising all for the purpose of supporting and empowering college students, recent graduates and emerging leaders from communities of color and rural areas; Community action programs, namely, promoting the perspectives of rising leaders of color, rural leaders, vulnerable communities, and underrepresented members of society; Promoting public awareness of the challenges facing rising leaders of color, rural leaders, vulnerable communities, and underrepresented members of society, all for the purposes of mobilizing and empowering communities, businesses, and individuals; Promoting public interest in education, recognition, career advancement, and leadership for college students, recent graduates and emerging leaders from communities of color and rural areas; Internship placement services for college students, recent graduates and emerging leaders from communities of color and rural areas; Recruitment and placement of volunteers in the fields of education, professional development, and mentorship for college students, recent graduates and emerging leaders from communities of color and rural areas; providing an internet website portal in the fields of job and personnel placement, personnel placement and recruitment, and job matching services for under-employed and underrepresented communities; providing online employment placement services, namely, matching resumes of individuals from under-employed and underrepresented communities with potential employers via a global computer network; providing online employment information in the field of recruitment, careers, job resources and listings, and resumes for individuals from under-employed and underrepresented communities

Providing educational mentoring and internship services and training programs for college students, recent graduates and emerging leaders from communities of color and rural areas in the fields of business development, personal and professional development, financial literacy and wellness, entrepreneurial empowerment, leadership, civic engagement, interview coaching, skill matching, and job placement, and ongoing networking opportunities; Peer to peer coaching services for college students, recent graduates and emerging leaders from communities of color and rural areas in the fields of business development, personal and professional development, financial literacy and wellness, entrepreneurial empowerment, leadership and civic engagement; Providing career guidance and group coaching for college students, recent graduates and emerging leaders from communities of color and rural areas in the fields of business development, personal and professional development, financial literacy and wellness, entrepreneurial empowerment, leadership and civic engagement; Business training in the field of workplace diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI)
