THE PITCHER PLANT COMPANY

My startup is for a biohazard and trauma cleanup business. Our clientele will likely be landlords and real estate owners with difficult clean up scenarios that need services. We remove problems the way a pitcher plant removes pests. I believe this falls under Class 37 for repair and construction. I would also like to use the Trademarked name for my art and media production, as part of Class 41. It is my intention to use the Trademarked name "The Pitcher Plant Company™️" for future endeavors which includes Class 37 startup idea, the Class 41 media production as well as any future patents or advertising.
